Website hosting

The website is hosted using Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, time and security diagnostics may be processed to deliver and protect the website.

Measurement and advertising

Where we run advertising campaigns, this website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which holds the Google Ads conversion tags, to measure which advertisement led to an enquiry. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these tools set no cookies and use no advertising identifiers until you agree in the consent banner; Google may still receive signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode). In other regions these tools are active when the page loads, and the banner lets you decline. If you decline, none of them is loaded on your later visits, in any region. The Meta (Facebook) pixel, where used, is loaded only after you agree. Your decision is stored on your device; you can change it at any time by clearing this website's site data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.

When these tools are active they may process your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view and the actions listed below, and they may transfer data to Google or Meta, including to servers outside your country. Details are set out in the privacy policies of Google and Meta.

The actions we measure are: opening WhatsApp, starting a telephone call, opening an email link, and submitting the enquiry form once your request has been stored. We measure that these happened and which campaign preceded them. A random reference number of your request is included so that it is counted only once. Your name, telephone number and email address are not sent to these tools.

Campaign attribution

If you arrive from an advertisement, the link usually carries campaign parameters such as utm_source or a click identifier. This website keeps those values in your browser for the duration of the visit, stores them with your request when you send the enquiry form, and adds a short source line to any message that WhatsApp prepares for you, so that our adviser can see which campaign your enquiry relates to. The values in your browser are discarded when you close the tab.

If an enquiry later turns into a serious purchase interest, we may report that back to Google Ads together with the click identifier, so the campaign can be measured. Your name, telephone number and email address are not part of that report.

Enquiries and WhatsApp

When you send the enquiry form, your request is stored so that an adviser can answer it: budget ceiling, bedrooms, preferred project or area, how you want us to reply, your telephone number or email address, your first name if you give it, the page language and the campaign information described above. It is stored in a Google Cloud Firestore database operated for NOWAD, copied into NOWAD's internal enquiry sheet (Google Sheets) and sent by email to the NOWAD team. It cannot be read through the website. If you then choose to continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can also contact us by telephone or email.

Fonts and external services

Website images and fonts are served from this website. Google is contacted for measurement as described above and when the enquiry form stores your request. WhatsApp is only contacted when you activate a WhatsApp link. Meta is only contacted if you have agreed to measurement.

Why data may be used

Contact details and enquiry contents you deliberately send may be used to respond, discuss property requirements, take requested pre-contract steps, keep necessary business records, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Data is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping duties. Enquiries are deleted on request unless a legal duty requires us to keep them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you and request correction or deletion where applicable. Depending on the law that applies to you, additional rights may include restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Send requests to info@nowadrealty.com.
